Information we collect

When you request a quote, contact us or become a customer, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, service address, property type, service interests, notes and any photos you choose to upload. We also keep your contact preferences and any communication-consent choices you submit. Please avoid including payment-card details, identity documents or sensitive personal information in a quote request or lawn photo.

Our website and service providers may collect technical information, including IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and cookies or similar identifiers. Analytics and advertising tools may use these technologies to measure website activity and advertising results. Your browser settings and available platform controls can help you manage cookies and advertising preferences.

How we use information

Service providers and sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may provide information to vendors that support our business, such as website hosting, form processing, email, customer management, analytics and communication-delivery services, to carry out those functions. Our Jotform quote form, when used, processes submissions and optional attachments through Jotform. These providers also have their own privacy notices. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights and the security of our services.

Mobile information and SMS consent: We do not sell, rent or share mobile telephone information or text-message opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging consent records are used to manage the permissions you give us. They may be processed by providers necessary to store those records or deliver our messages, and disclosed when legally required.

SMS & AI communications terms

Providing a telephone number or submitting a quote request does not, by itself, enroll you in marketing texts or automated marketing calls. The contact permissions on our form are separate, optional and unchecked by default. You can request a quote or purchase services without selecting them. Ordinary replies to your inquiry are distinct from enrollment in an optional messaging program.

Service text messages

If you select service-text consent, A & A Lawn Care may text the mobile number you provide about your quote, scheduling, service updates and support. These are non-marketing communications. Messages may use automated or AI-assisted systems. Message frequency varies with your requests and services. Message and data rates may apply.

Marketing text messages

If you separately select marketing-text consent, A & A Lawn Care may send recurring promotional or marketing text messages to the mobile number you provide, including messages sent through automated or AI-assisted systems. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

AI or automated marketing voice calls

If you separately select this consent, A & A Lawn Care may call the number you provide for promotional or marketing purposes using automated dialing, artificial or prerecorded voice, or AI-generated voice technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may revoke this permission at any time by calling (830) 302-1889 or emailing Contact@AandALawnCare.com.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to opt out of text messages, or HELP for assistance. You may also revoke communication consent or request help by emailing Contact@AandALawnCare.com or calling (830) 302-1889. We will honor opt-out requests and may send a single confirmation of your request. Opting out of messages does not cancel a service agreement; contact us separately about service changes. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

AI assistance and human help

When we use AI-assisted tools for the communications you permit, the information you provide may be processed by those tools and reviewed by our team to respond to your inquiry or support services. AI replies may make mistakes; confirm important pricing, treatment and scheduling details with our team. You can ask to speak with a person. This notice does not represent that a particular AI or messaging program is currently active, and consent alone does not activate one.

Your choices, access and retention

You can ask us to correct your information, update your communication preferences, or request access to or deletion of your information by contacting us below. We retain information as needed to manage inquiries and services, maintain consent and opt-out records, and satisfy legal or business recordkeeping needs. Some records may need to be retained after an opt-out or deletion request. You may decline optional photos, text messages and marketing calls while still requesting a quote.

Security and changes

We use reasonable safeguards and established service providers to protect information. No website, email or storage system can guarantee complete security. We may revise this notice as our website or practices change; the updated effective date will appear here.
