A complete lawn treatment program, not a one-time green-up

Our 8-step lawn program combines seasonal fertilization, weed prevention and post-emergent weed control across the year. Visits are typically spaced about 4–6 weeks apart, with the materials and treatment focus adjusted for the season, turf type and lawn condition.

The goal is steady turf health and fewer recurring weed problems—not forcing the lawn with the same fertilizer every visit.

What the 8-step program includes

  1. Application 1: Early-season pre-emergent, post-emergent weed control and seasonally appropriate fertilizer.
  2. Application 2: The second pre-emergent split, weed control, soil- and plant-supporting inputs, and seasonal disease prevention. This visit is designed without added nitrogen when conditions call for it.
  3. Applications 3–5: Seasonal fertilization and targeted weed control as warm-season turf moves through active growth. Preventive grub and armyworm protection is included once during the appropriate seasonal window.
  4. Application 6: Seasonal fertilizer and weed control with insect protection included when appropriate for the program.
  5. Application 7: Late-summer/fall pre-emergent timing plus weed control and seasonal nutrition as needed.
  6. Application 8: Final seasonal weed control and winterizing nutrition to prepare the lawn for cooler weather.

Treatment timing can shift with weather, turf conditions and product labels. The exact materials used may vary by lawn and season.

Soil- and plant-supporting inputs

Our program can include humic acid, sea kelp extract, horticultural molasses and micronutrients alongside the primary fertilizer and weed-control treatments. These inputs support the overall soil-and-plant care strategy; they are not substitutes for proper fertility, irrigation, mowing or pest management.

Built for Bermuda, St. Augustine and Zoysia

Most lawns we treat are Bermuda, with St. Augustine and Zoysia also common in our service area. Those grasses do not respond identically to fertility, shade, disease pressure or herbicides, so treatment choices are adjusted accordingly.

What helps us recommend the right starting point

  • Your grass type, if known
  • Your main lawn goals
  • Any recent fertilizer, herbicide or pest-control treatments
  • Areas with persistent weeds, thinning, discoloration or insect damage
  • Your irrigation routine and any known watering problems

Include your service address, ZIP code and the best way to reach you. Photos can help us understand what you are seeing, although a property assessment may still be needed before we recommend treatment.

No contracts and clear expectations

We will review your request and explain the proposed program, treatment timing and quote before service begins. We can also explain watering or aftercare instructions and any directions for people and pets that apply to the products being used.

There are no long-term contracts. A quote request does not book an appointment or provide an instant price.
